Callers reach the right location, any hour.
Voice Pilot is the AI that answers your phone. It picks up in your business's name, says up front that it is an AI assistant, finds out where the caller needs help, and transfers them to the right location. You choose what share of calls it takes, and if anything fails the call goes to your team.
The demo call covers your call flow, your website chat, whether your systems connect, and pricing. The trial is free for 14 days.
What happens when a customer calls?
Voice Pilot answers in your business's name and tells the caller it is an AI assistant. It asks where they need help, understands spoken places such as "near the airport in Tampa", finds your nearest location, and transfers the call to that location's own number from your directory.

What does Voice Pilot do?
Voice Pilot answers every call it is given in your business's name, understands where the caller needs help, and transfers them to the nearest location's own number. Call Routing lets you choose what share of calls it takes, and every call is transcribed, summarized and scored on the Dashboard.
| What it does | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|
| Answers every call in your business's name and says up front that it's AI | Every call is picked up; callers know who they're talking to |
| Understands spoken places ("near the airport in Tampa") and finds the nearest location | Callers reach the right branch without a phone tree |
| Transfers the call to that location's own number | The number comes from your directory, never made up |
| Call Routing: you choose what share of calls the AI takes | Start small and raise it as trust grows |
| Safety net: if anything fails, the call goes to your team | A glitch never drops a caller |
| Every call transcribed, summarized and scored | Review any call in seconds |
How much of my phone traffic does the AI take?
As much as you choose. Call Routing sends the share of calls you set to Voice Pilot and the rest to your team, exactly as they ring today. Most owners start with a small share and raise it as they trust it. If Voice Pilot hits an error or a timeout, the call goes to your team.

What happens when a customer calls after hours?
Voice Pilot still picks up in your business's name and finds the location that serves the caller. If that location is likely closed, it says so and connects the caller to leave a message there. The call is transcribed, summarized and scored, so your team can review it the next morning.
A transfer connects the caller to the right location's number. It does not promise that someone there picks up, which is why Voice Pilot tells the caller when a location is likely closed.
Is Voice Pilot answering real calls today?
Yes. Wheelchair Getaways has run Voice Pilot on its toll-free line since 22 September 2026. In its first two weeks, from 22 September to 2 October 2026, Voice Pilot answered 84 calls and transferred 43 of them to the nearest location. It routes callers to 46 locations.

Questions owners ask about Voice Pilot
Will my callers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. Callers are told up front that they are talking to an AI assistant. The disclosure is fixed wording in the greeting.
Are calls recorded?
Audio recording is your choice. It is a setting. Wheelchair Getaways keeps transcripts only.
Could it give a caller the wrong phone number?
Voice Pilot never invents a phone number. It transfers the call to the location's own number, which comes from your directory.
What if something goes wrong during a call?
Any error or timeout routes the call to your staff. A glitch never drops a caller.
Do I have to hand over all my calls at once?
No. Call Routing lets you choose what share of calls the AI takes. The phone starts with a small share of calls, and you raise it as you trust it.
Which parts are live today?
Running today at Wheelchair Getaways: Voice Pilot answers calls and transfers them to the right location, with every call transcribed, summarized and scored. Reserving a rental on the call is available with a connected rental system and is switched on business by business. Still rolling out: taking phone messages, sending call-backs to your calendar and CRM, and Spanish.
